Magnigraph.

With Magnigraph you can create your own vector images in black, white, red or blue. Great for your signature, a sketch, even a photograph. Your magnigraph can then be scaled to arbitrary size, for printing on T-shirts, mugs, or posters.

You can upload an image from your computer, or your can point at an image on the web. Low resolution, high contrast images work best.
